A Dream Died Today. Dedicated to the Sandy Hook Tragedy

Light a candle, shed a tear.
Say a prayer for a dream died today.
Young and innocent, alone and afraid.
Mom and Dads beautiful dream died today.
Without cause for no reason at all.
Horror walk and took life today.
Together we stand alone with our fears
With no where to turn from what happened today.
So lost in his mind, so filled with anger.
A nightmare he made to end there today.
We cry for the kids and pray for their souls.
And kiss all the children that made it through the day.

Lost with no hope.

Dark times and Rainy days. Windy nights and cry's in pain. Lost in my mind alone and in tears. lost with no hope with nothing but fears. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I walk in the cold my coat pulled in tight. I feel so alone with no friend in sight. My cries are unheard so silent and weak. I search for a word but no one will speak. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Away with the pain is my only wish. Just look in my heart and feel my anguish. So heal all my pain and make me feel whole.
